Application

Working Principle.

The sealed honeycomb rotor is divided into dehumidifying, regenerative and cooling zones in the rotary dehumidifier. Damp and hot air from dry material hopper is blown into rotor after cooled. Moisture from the air is absorbed by rotor and is then absorbed by regeneration heating air. 

Two strands of airflow function on the rotor. And with the rotation of the rotor, moisture from the material is absorbed by the rotor and expelled by regeneration air to form stable low dew-point air, which is heated up to the drying temperature and then is blown into drying hopper to form a closed circle to dry material.
