Water pressure and water flow is stable and balanced. The cooling water pressure and flow is stable and balanced at each IMM, whether it is far or near, at the front or at the end of the main water pipe, whether the IMMs are all or partly working. The pressure difference between the front and rear end of each IMM is around 0.1-0.2 Kg. (In normal water supply system, the pressure and flow of IMM at the front is higher than that of the IMM at the end. It’s impossible to reach the stable cooling for each IMM).

Water pressure stabilization: when the water pressure is within the set value range, the main water pipe is equipped with auto stabilization pressure relief valve, even the IMMs are fully or partly in operation. Deposit treatment of water scale: The water pool is seperated into inverse pool, deposit and filter. It can remove water scale, avoid blockage and maitain the machine at a low cost and achieve a good cooling effect.
Constent water supply can significantly shorten the product cycle, improve production capacity, stablize product quality. The investment of constant water supply system is only 10-15 % above that of normal water supply system, but the use cost of electricity consumption is 10% less that of normal system.
